About the role
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors.
- Drive product implementation & adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value
- Identify areas of opportunity, while translating Wenrix results into measurable performance goals.
- Enable upsell opportunities and increased usage of the Wenrix product suite-Be the voice of the customer, allow constant product feedback and advocate internally for customers needs.
- Stay up to date with the most recent changes/features, making sure that the customers understand the added value of the complete Wenrix offering
- Share industry news with internal team members so the greater Wenrix team can take an active part in our customer-first approach.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Manager experience
- Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Familiar with technical skills (SQL, Implementing and testing APIs, etc.)
- Startup experience - Advantage
- Experience working with AI and Big Data- Advantage
- Speak additional languages at a business conversational level- Advantage
