About the role
- Lead hands-on research, analyze and interpret massive airfare related data sets
- Identify opportunities to leverage data to strengthen Wenrix’s solutions and propose new product ideas
- Generate significant revenue impact by employing predictive AI and statistical models within the Wenrix product suite
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems
- Thrive in a startup environment, working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and related fields in the industry, preferably with tabular data
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and standard data science libraries
- Prior experience developing end to end ML/DL pipelines in production environments (EDA, Training, Inference, Monitoring), aimed towards solving business problems
- Bachelor’s in a STEM field (Statistics/CS/Math/Engineering); Advanced degree - a plus
- Experience with reinforcement learning - advantage
- Experience with LLMs and context engineering - advantage
