About the role
- You have technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of four team members
- You support development projects and are responsible for their outcomes
- As an Embedded Firmware Product Owner, you align our customers’ needs with our long-term business interests to provide an innovative product portfolio
- You are responsible for the lifecycle and release management of our firmware and embedded products
- Defining and prioritizing features and functionalities — in the form of requirements, user stories, epics, and tasks — is a core part of your role
- To ensure smooth development work, you coordinate and commission tasks in the Embedded Systems area in cooperation with our project managers
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Leading international, interdisciplinary teams in German and English is familiar to you
- Collaborating and communicating with colleagues at other international locations is no problem for you
- You have demonstrated your skills in software or embedded systems over several years of professional experience
- As a Product Owner or Project Manager, you have successfully taken responsibility for development projects and processes
