About the role
- Handling of staff contracts
- Managing payroll, in coordination with external accountants
- Maintaining and further developing HR portal (Personio)
- Handling HR requests from the team
- Monitoring HR and team policies
- Oversight of recruitment and on/offboarding processes
- Providing HR analysis and recommendations to senior leadership team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with HR and payroll management
- Proven excellent communication and organisational skills
- Value diligence and attention to detail
- Experience with quickly learning and working with online tools (experience with the HR management system Personio is a plus)
- Experience in remote multilingual and multicultural organisations and are comfortable with processing documents in a variety of European languages
- Full professional level of English.
