About the role

  • Handling of staff contracts
  • Managing payroll, in coordination with external accountants
  • Maintaining and further developing HR portal (Personio)
  • Handling HR requests from the team
  • Monitoring HR and team policies
  • Oversight of recruitment and on/offboarding processes
  • Providing HR analysis and recommendations to senior leadership team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with HR and payroll management
  • Proven excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Value diligence and attention to detail
  • Experience with quickly learning and working with online tools (experience with the HR management system Personio is a plus)
  • Experience in remote multilingual and multicultural organisations and are comfortable with processing documents in a variety of European languages
  • Full professional level of English.
