About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage the rollout of our system end-to-end — by email, call, or live demo — and ensure smooth integration at our customers' parking sites.
  • You turn customers into true product experts and show them how to unlock the full potential of our solution.
  • Through proactive check-ins and genuine interest, you build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • You work closely with Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, and bring customer feedback directly to where it will have impact.
  • You iterate on processes, identify automation opportunities, and help us make the customer journey efficient and scalable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service in a B2B environment, ideally at a software or technology company with hardware components.
  • Customer-first mindset: You communicate clearly, persuasively and solution-oriented, and feel comfortable providing strategic advice to customers.
  • Technical skills: Experience with tools such as G-Suite, Airtable and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Languages: German at least C1 level and business‑fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
