About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design adjustments: You are responsible for design changes and modifications to our informational signage.
- Inventory maintenance: You save your adjustments in our online inventory and review existing designs for correctness and aesthetics.
- Project ownership: You take sole responsibility for projects throughout the entire process.
- Design development: You create new design concepts and develop them together with your team.
- Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and drive ongoing process optimization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background: You are a currently enrolled student (all genders) in any field of study and enjoy design and aesthetics.
- Responsible and reliable: You work efficiently while remaining conscientious and independent, and you are highly dependable.
- Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics — even the smallest errors don’t go unnoticed.
- Language skills: You speak German at C2 level and have good English skills.
- Availability: You can commit 15–20 hours per week — you decide when and where you’re most productive: remote, in our office, or a mix of both.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Figma is a plus.
