About the role
- Support the rollout and implementation of the camera system at B2B customers' parking facilities
- Provide structured, hands-on implementation support via email, calls, and live demos
- Empower customers to become product experts by offering actionable insights and guidance
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers through proactive support and regular check-ins
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes
Requirements
- Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with tools such as G Suite, Airtable, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- C2-level German and business-fluent English
