About the role

  • Develop corporate strategies: Collaborate with the founders as well as the management and strategy teams to develop concrete measures that accelerate our company growth
  • Prepare management reporting: Compile analyses and reports for our internal and external stakeholders
  • Take ownership: Assume responsibility from day one for your own project streams and see them through to successful completion
  • Grow professionally: Support our team and learn valuable skills for your career from daily collaboration with former strategy consultants

Requirements

  • Academic background: You are a matriculated student (all genders) or already hold a degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurship or a natural science
  • Initial experience: Some practical experience, e.g., through internships at a start-up, management consultancy or venture capital firm, is advantageous
  • Hands-on mentality: You don’t just identify problems — you actively work on solutions and enjoy taking personal responsibility for your projects
  • Affinity for finance: You work with high accuracy and attention to detail. Numbers and data are your world
  • Tool proficiency: You are confident with Excel and ideally have some first experience with BI tools
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German and English (business proficiency)
  • Office culture: You are prepared to relocate to Munich for the duration of the internship
