About the role
- Master of Automation: Your mission is to continuously refine and build intelligent automations that simplify daily work for your colleagues across Operations and the entire organization.
- Technical Tool Mastery: You will become an expert in our modern tech stack, learning to build and maintain scalable solutions within MAKE, Airtable, and Salesforce. You will gain hands-on experience in No-Code/Low-Code environments and utilize AI and Coding to bridge technical gaps.
- System Ownership: You will become the central point of contact for mission-critical systems, such as our internal request system and our tour planning software. You ensure these tools run smoothly today while proactively developing them for tomorrow.
- Architect of Scalability: You will analyze our system landscape, identify potential for improvement, and support the team in making our systems robust and future-proof.
- Work at the Heart of the Company: You will work closely with our system experts as well as with stakeholders from all departments (from Operations to Commercial), gaining deep insights into the entire company.
Requirements
- Academic Background: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
- Initial Practical Experience: You have relevant practical experience from a fast-paced environment, for example through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time job.
- Technical Skills: You have initial practical experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools (like MAKE or Zapier) or in process automation with scripting languages (like Python or JavaScript).
- AI Curiosity: You are interested in current developments regarding AI and have gone beyond simple prompting.
- Your Mindset: You have a proactive hands-on mentality and a logical, structured approach to problems. You think in processes, have an eye for detail, and see feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow.
- On-site Culture: You are ready to work with us in our Munich office from Tuesday to Thursday as part of our hybrid work culture.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
