About the role

  • Expansion: You will support the expansion of our brand in Austria and ensure Wemolo is deployed for digital parking management in every city.
  • Customer Acquisition: You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Austria with the goal of winning them — and future key accounts — for us and generating sustainable revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Building: You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments.
  • Pipeline Management: Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you keep your sales pipeline and KPIs under constant review.
  • Goal-Oriented: You track your targets continuously on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager.
  • Teamwork: You collaborate closely with colleagues in Product Development, Sales Development and Operations to continuously further develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • Background: You have successfully completed vocational training or a university degree and possess relevant professional experience, ideally with sales experience.
  • Sales Experience: You have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding targets. You bring a hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations.
  • Working Style: You work in a goal-oriented, independent and structured manner.
  • Language Skills: You speak German at C2 level and have very good English skills.
  • Driving Licence: You hold a valid Class B driving licence.
  • Travel Availability: You have a high willingness to travel (approx. 15%) within Austria to optimally build and expand your accounts and travel to regular meetings at the Munich office. You also represent us at trade shows, events and conferences and are willing to take on speaking engagements or lead workshops.
