About the role
- Lead generation: Through your targeted and confident communication, you will establish contact with potential customers by phone, e-mail, or via LinkedIn, present our products and services, and spark their interest.
- Market analysis: You will research and analyze the German market to identify prospective customers.
- Networking: You will develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network.
- Stakeholder management: You will maintain contact with potential clients, answer their questions, provide additional information, and thereby build trusting relationships.
- Sales support: You will support our sales team by coordinating and preparing appointments and assisting with tasks such as preparing materials, with the aim of winning new customers and further expanding existing key accounts.
- Company growth: You will contribute significantly to Wemolo’s growth, success, and market penetration.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree.
- Initial experience in sales is a plus (e.g., Sales Development, inside sales, or sales support).
- What matters most to us is your motivation to learn the sales function and to help build it further.
- You are highly motivated, a strong communicator, and present yourself confidently and reliably.
- You are organized, set the right priorities, and work in a very structured way.
- You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- You have C2-level German and business-fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
