About the role

  • Lead Generation: Through your targeted and confident communication, you will build contact with potential customers by phone, email, or LinkedIn, present our products and services, and generate interest.
  • Market Analysis: You will research and analyze the German market to identify prospective customers.
  • Networking: You will develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will maintain contact with potential customers, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trusting relationships.
  • Sales Support: You will support our sales team by scheduling and preparing meetings and assisting with tasks such as creating sales materials, with the aim of winning new customers and further expanding existing key accounts.
  • Company Growth: You will make a significant contribution to Wemolo’s growth, success, and market penetration.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial vocational training or hold a university degree.
  • Initial experience in sales is a plus (e.g., Sales Development, inside sales, or sales assistance).
  • What matters most to us is your motivation to learn about and grow within the sales function.
  • You are highly motivated, strong in communication, and present yourself confidently and reliably.
  • You can organize yourself, set the right priorities, and work in a very structured way.
  • You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and eager to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • You have German language skills at C2 level and business-fluent/negotiation-level English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
