About the role
- Administrative support in recruiting, e.g., creating, posting and maintaining job advertisements
- Maintaining and managing applicant data in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinating and organizing interviews
- Supporting contract and document management, e.g., preparing employment contracts and contract documents using templates
- Preparing individual personnel actions and other HR documents as instructed
- Administrative support in the onboarding process, e.g., preparing hiring and onboarding documents
- Assisting with organizing the first day of employment
- Supporting compliance with administrative HR processes (e.g., deadlines, completeness of documentation)
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, Economic Psychology or a comparable degree program
- Interest in HR administration, recruiting and personnel processes
- Careful, structured and reliable working style
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential data
- Good communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- First practical experience in the HR field is an advantage but not required
