About the role

  • Develop technical connection solutions for the medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) network
  • Independently organize implementation and execution
  • Technical review and approval of network projects and connection documentation
  • Process and document connection projects in the workflow system
  • Create internal project planning orders
  • Perform technical acceptance tests in MV/LV networks
  • Support the development of operational principles for network management
  • Organize material releases and material provisioning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives
  • Assist in preparing and issuing technical statements
  • Support investigation and analysis of faults in MV/LV networks
  • Take on tasks in network operations at the network service office as required (in the event of faults)
  • Participate in on-call duty
  • Provide cover for other Technicians for Connections and Operations during their absence

Requirements

  • Qualified technician-level training in electrical engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Knowledge of NIS switching authorization
  • Conceptual skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Team and communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor
  • Valid car driving license
  • Willingness to work/deploy within the WEMAG Netz GmbH network area
