About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the next generation of WeloData’s platform foundations: raise the bar on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness, and build the engineering discipline to match the pace of the business’s growth.
Define and execute the product and technology strategy for WeloData, shaping the domain’s 2–3 year roadmap, coordinated with Welo Global’s corporate goals.
Anticipate market, client, and technology trends to position WeloData as an industry leader in the rapidly evolving AI training data space.
Partner with EL leaders to shape cross-domain strategy and ensure integration with the wider Welo Global technology ecosystem.
Direct the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable data and analytics platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and automation solutions for WeloData.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale, ideally within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains.
Demonstrated success in setting long-term technology vision and executing multi-year roadmaps at the domain or enterprise level.
Proven ability to lead global, high-performing technical teams and deliver innovation in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Strong background in building and scaling data platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven solutions.
