About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialised Regulatory and Clinical roles globally
- Drive candidate attraction using specialist channels beyond LinkedIn
- Create assessment frameworks to assess candidates against technical competency frameworks
- Monitor hiring pipelines and adjust recruitment approaches
- Provide daily guidance, coaching, and direction to a small team
- Manage team capacity and allocate resources
- Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and optimise advanced Lever ATS configurations
- Provide regular, data-driven reporting to leadership
- Lead and manage the vendor management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience
- Minimum 3 years in Life Sciences, CRO, and/or Pharma industries
- Extensive experience in Life Sciences including GCP and ICH frameworks
- Experience creating and deploying assessment frameworks
- Experience managing external partner relationships
- Advanced working knowledge of Lever ATS
- Familiarity with client audits for regulatory requirements
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
