About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialised Regulatory and Clinical roles globally
Drive candidate attraction using specialist channels beyond LinkedIn
Create assessment frameworks to assess candidates against technical competency frameworks
Monitor hiring pipelines and adjust recruitment approaches
Provide daily guidance, coaching, and direction to a small team
Manage team capacity and allocate resources
Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders
Maintain and optimise advanced Lever ATS configurations
Provide regular, data-driven reporting to leadership
Lead and manage the vendor management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience
Minimum 3 years in Life Sciences, CRO, and/or Pharma industries
Extensive experience in Life Sciences including GCP and ICH frameworks
Experience creating and deploying assessment frameworks
Experience managing external partner relationships
Advanced working knowledge of Lever ATS
Familiarity with client audits for regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team
Excellent stakeholder management skills
