About the role

  • Translate documents from Vietnamese (vi-VN) to English (en-GB/en-US) with a focus on pharmacovigilance content.
  • Perform Translation, Copy Editing (CE) and Machine Translation Post Editing (MTPE) tasks as required, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.
  • Adhere to **tight deadlines**, especially for projects received during EU close-of-business hours, with delivery required for early morning.
  • Work within the client-provided XTM CAT tool (license will be provided).
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery of assignments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in translation, copy editing, and MTPE for pharmacovigilance or similar content in the Life Sciences domain.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese (source language) and native-level proficiency in English (target language), with the ability to adapt to both en-GB and en-US as needed.
  • Availability during US time zone business hours (**location can be any country**).
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to meeting deadlines under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools, specifically XTM (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and technical content with confidentiality and precision.
