About the role
- Own the end-to-end scoping and quoting process
- Act as a strategic liaison to the Project Management team
- Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals
- Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts
- Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization
- Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies
- Monitor account health and service usage
- Optimize operational workflows and implement sales actions
- Manage financial governance
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison
Requirements
- Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.
- Knowledge of other language
- Total Command of Microsoft Office.
- Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree.
- Master's Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields.
