About the role
- Support and enhance the company’s Workday Adaptive Planning environment —designing modeled sheets as needed.
- Maintain complex calculation logic integrating data flows between Adaptive, Workday HCM/Finance, and other systems.
- Serve as the bridge between FP&A and Application Services, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analytics.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in **Workday Adaptive Planning** (implementation or administration).
- Advanced knowledge of **modeled sheets**, **formulas**, and **complex calculation ****logic**.
- Hands-on experience integrating Adaptive with **Workday HCM/Finance** or external data sources.
- Strong understanding of **FP&A** concepts, COA mapping, and driver-based planning.
- Proficient in **Excel / OfficeConnect** and data validation workflows.
- Knowledge of Workday Financial Reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
