Key responsibilities & impact

Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare projects from concept to completion
Develop and manage comprehensive project charters, integrated project plans, budgets, and resource strategies
Serve as the primary liaison for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders
Provide mentorship and direction to project managers, analysts, and cross-functional team members
Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of project management experience
At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
PMP certification strongly desired
Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
Experience with healthcare IT systems and regulatory projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
