About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Southern California market
- Manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time
- Participate in oversight of contractors, construction schedules, providing status reports and communication to internal and external project stakeholders
- Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions
- Supervise the work of contractors, escalate potential risks and issues as necessary
- Ensure physical integrity of the property
- Prepare/update weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ related work experience
- Knowledge of real estate construction a plus
