About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects
Coordinates and participates in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions
Establishes expectations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
Prepares/updates weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred
A minimum of 2 years’ related work experience, knowledge of real estate construction a plus.
