💰 $90,900 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Assist with Capital Projects oversight of national senior housing portfolio
- Responsible for capital inspections, scope development, creating renovation/asset plans
- Develop and underwriting budgets to maximize asset value
- Manage and execute daily on-site activities for multiple projects
- Conduct frequent property inspections ensuring safety precautions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project timelines and budgets
- Prepare/update weekly/monthly project status reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ project management experience within the seniors housing or multi-family industries
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
