Software Engineer

• Define and own the long-term technology strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Serve as a thought partner to the COO, Product, and Data leaders on how engineering drives competitive advantage and represent engineering priorities at the executive and board level.
• Scale and mentor a high-performing engineering organization across backend, frontend, mobile, data, and infrastructure; develop future leaders and build succession depth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and speed.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features, infrastructure, and platform initiatives; establish strong engineering processes and operational rigor (roadmapping, OKRs, velocity tracking, QA).
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural investments and oversee technical architecture and system design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Partner with Product and Data to build platform capabilities that unlock analytics, AI/ML, and workflow automation in healthcare settings.
• Drive best practices for cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines across the ecosystem.
• Work with Customer Success and Operations to ensure technology meets real-world needs of health plans, providers, and members and act as a bridge to go-to-market stakeholders.
