About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a HR Business Partner, your role will involve supporting our business in a transformation, adaptation, and further growth.
- You will work as a partner and advisor to our leaders and teams within assigned business functions in the organization across our offices in Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, the UK, and emerging offices.
- You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and implementing effective HR programs to support the organization's overall growth and success.
- This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for running and internalizing the strategic people and talent initiatives for your assigned functions, including performance management, Compensation management, Development planning, Career Development, Learning and Development, Engagement survey and action planning, Cultural projects, as well as various Change management activities to support the business in building leadership and strategic capability, driving a performance culture, and enhancing employees’ engagement at times of rapid scaling and transformations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- +4 years HRBP Experience.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian languages, as you will use them on a daily basis to communicate with different stakeholders.
- Proven track record of experience as an HRBP or related experience working in related domains like C&B, Talent Development, or HROps would be beneficial
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align talent strategy & interventions with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
- Strong hand on experience: the ability to manage assigned people initiatives globally or at the level of the assignee business unit, ensuring efficiency of people-related processes and practices on the implementation and regular execution.
- In-depth practical knowledge of the core HR processes, including Talent development, C&B, and L&D.
- Change Management: Ability to effectively manage and lead change initiatives within the partner groups.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong data acumen and ability to track and read metrics, and provide meaningful reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts, engage stakeholders, and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Development: Knowledge of organizational development principles and practices to support the growth and evolution of the organization, including culture building, employee engagement, and employee retention.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of the organization's industry, market, and business environment to effectively align talent strategies with business needs and priorities.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are beneficial for planning and executing HRBP initiatives as well as managing a team. Experience in managing projects, coordinating resources, and delivering results within set timelines is highly desirable.
