About the role
- Performance-First Creative Execution: Develop high-converting motion assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, engineered for direct-response environments and optimized around the first 3 seconds to maximize retention and conversion.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze creative performance metrics in partnership with Growth and UA teams, using structured testing frameworks to scale winning concepts and refine or sunset underperforming assets.
- Full-Funnel Creative Thinking: Design motion content with clear performance objectives in mind (CPI, ROAS, LTV), understanding how creative impacts user behavior across the acquisition funnel.
- Strategic Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth Managers, UA teams and Video Producers to translate campaign strategy and KPIs into scalable creative concepts.
- High-Velocity Testing Environment: Contribute to continuous creative experimentation cycles, producing and iterating assets efficiently to support large-scale paid social budgets.
- Platform-Native Craft & Innovation: Create dynamic transitions, typography and compositing sequences that feel native to each platform while maintaining brand consistency and competitive edge.
- Trend & Competitive Awareness: Monitor evolving platform trends, UGC styles and creative benchmarks to proactively identify new opportunities for performance uplift.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion design within performance marketing, paid social or growth-focused environments
- The "Design-First" Mindset: A portfolio that proves you are a top-tier graphic designer who happens to be a master of motion (strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, and color).
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical and psychological nuances of TiMeta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap ad formats.
- Technical Stack: Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Figma Fluency: Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative tool.
- Performance Literacy: Ability to articulate *why* a creative decision was made in the context of business goals and user behavior.
- Communication: Fluent English with the ability to pitch creative ideas clearly and concisely.
- AI Integration: Proficiency in AI-driven workflows (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.) to speed up ideation and production.
- Automation Mastery: Skill with expressions, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics to streamline high-volume creative testing.
