About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for project-based work and operational support at both the system and facility level
- Progress high-value performance opportunities that align with and ensure the achievement of Wellstar's Strategic Goals
- Analyze, develop, and improve processes and operations
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives, data analyses, and discussions
- Participate in the development, coordination, and administration of evidence-based practice process improvement initiatives & activities
- Collaborate with other system industrial engineering resources, performance improvement staff, and EPMO team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year At Least 1st Year Complete with Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering program at an accredited university
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interested in an industrial engineering position in healthcare
- Process Improvement - understanding core processes and tools to improve them
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Statistical Analysis software, and simulation software a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
