Key responsibilities & impact

The Director of Wellstar's Healthy Start program serves as the leader of Wellstar's Healthy Start Program
Responsible for program development, implementation, oversight, forward movement and growth of Wellstar's Healthy Start Program and consortium partners throughout Troup, Butts, and Spalding counties
Goal is to reduce the alarming rate of maternal mortality and morbidity
Ensures an ecosystem of care is efficient, effective, and impactful for families in these communities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree is required
Minimum 3 years Professional experience in the non-profit sector is required
Minimum 3 years Experience and working knowledge of program and contract management and oversight is required
Minimum 3 years Experience working with racially diverse communities, organizations, and agencies is required
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and strong ability to manage email
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
