About the role
- Functions under the direction of the IT Manager
- Provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications
- Analyzes interface requirements for the integration of disparate systems
- Creates and monitors processes to assure that all interfaces are operating properly
- Works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry Required
- 5 years work experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry Required
- Minimum 3 years in IT applications implementation/support Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions
