About the role
- Responsible for project-based work and operational support at both system and facility level
- Progress high-value performance opportunities identified by leadership
- Analyze, develop, and improve processes and operations
- Facilitation of process improvement initiatives, data analyses, and discussions
- Develop, coordinate, and administer evidence-based practice process improvement initiatives
- Partnership with internal customers to ensure benefit realization
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience
- At least 1st Year Complete with Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering program at an accredited university
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interested in an industrial engineering position in healthcare
- Process Improvement - understanding core processes and tools to improve them
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Statistical Analysis software, and simulation software a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
