Data Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes
- Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team
- Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges
- Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization
- Perform audits of provider databases in Excel to ensure compliance with operational processes
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience conducting data analysis and evaluating data sets in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter and organizer with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding operational landscape
- Strong initiative to understand data elements and how they may interact in our solutions, systems, and processes
- Experience using Salesforce
- Interest and/or background in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
