Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 5+ years of Java/J2EE and Spring Framework experience delivering software using CI/CD pipeline
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using open-source technologies such as Microservices and REST APIs
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using modern database technologies such as MongoDB
  • 3+ years of experience with event-driven messaging technologies including IBM MQ or Apache Kafka
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies including Azure, OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, or Docker
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level core banking platform applications at scale in production
  • 3+ years working with configuration and monitoring technologies such as Ansible, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Prometheus, GitHub, and Maven
  • 2+ years working with AI tools and agents like Devin, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering is desired
