About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
  • Serve as the primary financial partner with comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
  • Grow and manage a defined book of business using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight
  • Deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking
  • Coordinate warm introductions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners and convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes
  • Promote digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking
  • Open accounts, handle service requests, and support everyday banking needs
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations
  • Experience sourcing, acquiring, and deepening customer relationships
  • Experience managing a book of business and documenting planning conversations
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or FINRA-recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
  • State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
  • SIE exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in certain states
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays
  • Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
