About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations
Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions
Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals
Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
Perform cash handling and teller line activities
Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and operational standards
Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience
Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls
Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists
Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities
Support ongoing account services and branch operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
Must take and pass required language assessment
SAFE registration required at the time of employment
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
Must comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role
Experience building trust-based customer relationships
Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels
Comfort with digital tools and technology
Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions
Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
Ability to follow policies and regulations and escalate risk concerns
