About the role
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Wells Fargo’s Lending and Banking Solutions
- Deliver ongoing education and training to Financial Advisors
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and internal partners
- Lead strategic campaigns and product promotions
- Facilitate onboarding of new Financial Advisors
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Drive complex business development strategies
- Support cross-functional Business Growth Strategy projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Growth Strategy or a related field
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
