About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the branch sales leader accountable for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships

  • Manage risk, resolve issues, and model behaviors that protect customers, employees, and the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Ability to travel in the assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months and before branch placement
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Must comply with Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
  • Credit report review and additional ongoing screening may apply
  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, compliance controls, operational risk management, and loss prevention
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals and direct reports
  • Ability to analyze performance and execute action plans
  • Ability to manage complex financial needs across affluent, high-net-worth, and business customer segments
  • Ability to lead customers in using digital banking technology
  • Independent judgment, critical thinking, prioritization, delegation, and time-management skills
