About the role

  • Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists
  • Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities, emphasizing account openings and ongoing account support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Must take and pass required language assessment
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after start date
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
  • Credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply
  • Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Prior financial services or highly regulated customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience building trust-based customer relationships preferred
  • Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels
  • Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
  • Ability to follow policies and regulations and escalate risk concerns
