Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad impact
  • Design, build, and deliver custom ServiceNow solutions using best practices
  • Develop tables, integrations, workflows, business rules, and scripting
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned
  • Develop engineering standards and companywide best practices
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for business objectives and technical challenges
  • Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and influence platform strategy
  • Translate technical concepts into clear demos and business-facing solutions
  • Mentor and guide engineers
  • Lead and influence enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture
  • Support system deployments, upgrades, and critical business initiatives during occasional non-standard hours

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any discipline desired
  • Experience with ServiceNow-specific AI development tools such as Build Agent and/or NOW Assist
  • Experience with platform-agnostic AI development tools such as Devin or Claude
  • Advanced experience creating and maintaining ServiceNow Catalog Items
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ years of Jira experience
  • 1+ years of Agile experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Ability to work occasional non-standard hours to support deployments, upgrades, and critical business initiatives
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
