Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI-powered solutions, platforms, and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to partner across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and control functions
  • Experience with product discovery, process optimization, customer journey analysis, and business case development
  • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and success metrics
  • Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycles
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, automation capabilities, and data-driven solutions
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, operational metrics, and customer outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and change management
  • Knowledge of governance, regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders on priorities, funding, strategy, and execution plans
