About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic AI enablement initiatives driving workforce readiness, adoption, and business value across Technology
  • Develop and execute enterprise AI awareness and engagement strategies
  • Design and implement organizational readiness programs for AI-enabled ways of working
  • Develop go-to-market frameworks for successful AI launches
  • Engage the Technology AI Champions Network to accelerate adoption and gather feedback
  • Partner with business, technology, learning, and communications teams on role-based AI learning paths, training, workshops, and educational resources
  • Create and deliver demonstrations, showcases, roadshows, and success stories highlighting business outcomes and practical AI applications
  • Execute communication strategies through leadership messaging, campaigns, newsletters, digital content, and events
  • Establish adoption metrics, success measures, and reporting frameworks
  • Facilitate executive reviews, enablement forums, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Identify organizational barriers and implement change-management strategies
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-focused messages
  • Partner with senior leaders to align enablement with enterprise AI priorities and workforce transformation strategies
  • Influence strategic decisions that improve employee experience, productivity, and readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 7+ years leading large-scale transformation, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, change management, adoption, and workforce enablement programs across multiple organizations
  • 2 years supporting Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, data, or emerging technology initiatives
  • Experience developing and executing communication, storytelling, facilitation, engagement, and organizational readiness strategies
  • Experience developing workforce readiness, learning, training, and capability-building programs
  • Knowledge of change management, employee engagement, and adoption frameworks
  • Experience establishing and leading ambassador, champion, or community-of-practice programs
  • Ability to use data, analytics, and employee feedback to measure adoption and improve enablement programs
