About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and appointments

  • Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and follow policies and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to source, acquire, and deepen relationships through proactive outreach and internal partnerships
  • Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through across deposits, lending, and investments
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers
  • Clear and confident communication, empathetic listening, and ability to build credibility and trust
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
  • State Insurance license(s), active or completed within the designated timeframe
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam for FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent within the specified period in listed states, including Iowa
  • SAFE registration at the time of employment
  • Compliance with LO/CFPB requirements
  • Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays
  • Must obtain and maintain required FINRA licenses for continued employment
  • No Visa sponsorship available
