About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with wholesale working capital product organizations (GPL, Trade Finance, Merchant, FX) and relevant consumer products to build complex, integrated solution structures that create competitive advantage
Work closely with sales and banking teams to identify client needs requiring new or enhanced solutioning, particularly for large, complex clients
Proactively originate and shape opportunities with top-tier clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing treasury strategy and solution adoption
Partner with product teams to inform and influence the evolution of treasury offerings based on client demand and market trends
Structure solutions that combine existing capabilities in new ways, while also identifying gaps where new capabilities are required
Educate sales, bankers, and clients on advanced solution constructs and emerging capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Experience in structuring complex, multi-product solutions using digital assets
