About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create process maps and update our current process map inventory.
Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives.
Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data.
Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions.
Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities.
Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration.
Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership.
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Interact with internal customers.
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Process Engineering experience
Associate’s degree or higher
Experience creating, documenting, and maintaining business process maps and process inventories
Hands-on experience using iGrafx for process modeling, process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, risk, and compliance requirements within business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and consulting with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, or operational excellence methodologies
