About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area
Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function
Lead multiple teams of Treasury Support Associates
Partner with Treasury Management Consulting to develop strategies around increasing productivity for support functions and recommend opportunities for process improvement
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Treasury Management Support to meet business objectives
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Support functional area
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring individuals

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience, including overseeing a team in a sales related organization, implementing defined business objectives and executing business development strategies
Treasury Management experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members.
