About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and platform specialists
  • Define and execute infrastructure modernization and integration strategies
  • Partner with business, application, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure integration services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Develop standardized infrastructure patterns to support application onboarding and modernization
  • Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services with enterprise platforms and business applications
  • Build and manage modern platform engineering capabilities supporting self-service infrastructure delivery
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the enterprise
  • Drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual processes and improve service reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience
  • 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions
  • 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns
  • 5+ years of experience designing and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and GitOps delivery models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
