About the role

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience with access management and tools such as AIMS, ART, and Service Now
  • Experience with equipment ordering and eProcurement
  • Experience working with vendors, managing subscriptions, and payments for subscription services via AP
  • Experience with supporting Legal applications
  • Experience troubleshooting front-end application errors and providing best practice tips on how to use the application
  • Ability to document new processes and modify existing processes as they change
  • Experience with JIRA Service Desk
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to act independently
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and provide best practice tips and guidance to end users
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change or recommend solutions
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint skills
