About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a team of Fiduciary Strategists responsible for business development and the onboarding of new and expanded client relationships for Wells Fargo Trust’s platform in the Midwest and Texas regions.
- Drive awareness of Wells Fargo Trust’s broad capabilities throughout the Wells Fargo Advisors community, including developing relationships with divisional and market leaders.
- Develop achievable goals for team members, in alignment with Wells Fargo Trust’s business plan, and ensure team members have the resources and guidance necessary to meet those goals.
- Engage with centers of influence throughout the regions, including members of the legal and planning communities, to increase awareness and connectivity with Wells Fargo Trust’s service offerings.
- Serve as a thought leader to the regions on topics relevant to the Wells Fargo Trust business, including the production of content for internal and external marketing and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with Wells Fargo Trust leadership, risk partners and other regional leaders to ensure consistent execution and quality of service across the organization.
- Interact directly with clients, as needed, in support of Wells Fargo Trust and the broader WIM business.
- Identify and develop new talent in the regions to meet short- and long-term business objectives and strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
