About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead solution design engagements across LOB application teams
- Drive end-to-end solution ownership, from initial design through onboarding
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional solutioning sessions with stakeholders
- Apply practical execution experience to ensure solutions are realistic
- Identify and resolve design gaps, conflicting requirements, and cross-team dependencies
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solution designs transition cleanly into execution
- Identify opportunities to improve execution processes
- Reinforce adoption of enterprise design patterns and infrastructure standards
- Support lifecycle management strategy by aligning solutions to enterprise currency
- Evaluate internal and external software solutions for target state architecture goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure domains including compute, storage, networking, cloud, security, and middleware platforms
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in both solution design and hands-on execution/delivery of infrastructure solutions
- Experience working in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments
