About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and support a variety of GPL products within the Fulfillment Platform and Vantage Portal
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GPL products, features, and implementation processes
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
- Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
- Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
- Provide maintenance support for Lead IC teams
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
- Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
- Previous implementation experience
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk mitigation and adherence to established procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
