Lead all aspects of client onboarding and implementation lifecycle
Establish timelines, track progress, and manage escalations
Develop and implement business unit strategies
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and implementation risks
Drive process improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
3+ years Management or leadership experience
Proven experience leading strategy and resolution of complex challenges
Proven experience in strategic business initiatives in Financial Services, preferably Payment Processing
Knowledge of financial business products & services and strong understanding of client needs
Ability to work independently with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics tools to make business decisions
Proficient in MS Office suite – Power Point, Word, Excel
Highly effective communicator - excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
